The China Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (CSIAM) currently publishes three key international society journals, covering applied mathematics, computational mathematics, life sciences, machine learning, and other fields. It is dedicated to providing mathematical scientists worldwide with a high-quality, international platform for academic exchange and publication.

The flagship journal, CSIAM Transactions on Applied Mathematics (CSIAM-AM), was launched in 2020. It is indexed in ESCI and Scopus, has an impact factor of 1.1 (JCR 2025), and is ranked in the T1 category (the highest tier) in applied mathematics in the China High-Quality Science and Technology Journal Classification Catalogue for Mathematics. It mainly publishes original research of significant application value in applied mathematics and computational mathematics.

CSIAM Transactions on Life Sciences (CSIAM-LS) was launched in 2025. It is an innovative interdisciplinary journal focusing on the intersection of mathematics and the life sciences. It covers mathematical theories, models, and algorithms in biology and medicine, including neuroscience, biomedical engineering, systems biology, population dynamics, and bioinformatics. It aims to promote the development of traditional areas in the mathematical life sciences, open up emerging areas, and advance interdisciplinary integration.

Journal of Machine Learning (JML) is co-sponsored by CSIAM, the Center for Machine Learning Research, Peking University, and the AI for Science Institute, Beijing. It is an open-access journal and charges no publication fees. It is indexed in MathSciNet and is dedicated to building a high-level, sustainable academic exchange platform for machine learning scholars worldwide.

CSIAM plans to launch CSIAM Review, a flagship international review and survey journal. It aims to publish review and survey articles, expository original research articles, and commentaries on disciplinary development, with the broadest academic impact in applied mathematics, computational mathematics, scientific computing, and their interdisciplinary fields.
